The Zynk Partner Portal is a centralized dashboard where partners can manage integrations, access API credentials, and execute product workflows through an intuitive UI.Getting Started#
Onboarding Workflow#
Partner access to the portal follows a two-phase rollout:Phase 1 — Sandbox Access
Once onboarding is initiated, Zynk provisions a sandbox version of the Partner Portal. In sandbox mode, partners can sign in and immediately begin exploring the platform — generate sandbox API keys, test API flows, and validate integration logic against a test environment with no impact on live systems.Phase 2 — Production Access
After the contract and onboarding process is finalized, Zynk releases the production version of the portal. The production dashboard mirrors all sandbox functionality — API key management, product execution, and configuration — but operates against live infrastructure.Note: Sandbox and production environments are fully isolated. API keys, configurations, and data do not carry over between them.
Authentication#
Partners can sign in to the portal using one of the following methods:| Method | Details |

| Google Sign-In | Available by default for all partners. Sign in using your organization's Google account. |
| Email & Password | Available on request for partners whose email is not managed through Google Workspace. Contact your Zynk account manager to enable this option. |
Portal Capabilities#
The Partner Portal serves as a unified interface across all Zynk products. Key capabilities include:API Key Management — Generate, rotate, and revoke API keys for both sandbox and production environments.Product Execution — Run Zynk products such as Transformer and Transporter directly from the dashboard using guided UI flows — no code required.Transaction Monitoring — Track API usage, transaction history, and processing status in real time.Configuration — Manage integration settings, callback URLs, and environment-specific parameters.Support#
