Initiate OTP delivery

/api/v1/wallets/{entityId}/initiate-otp
Initiates OTP delivery for Email_Auth or SMS_Auth registered entities.
This is the first step in creating an authentication session.
Workflow:
1.
Call this endpoint to trigger OTP delivery
2.
User receives OTP code via email or SMS
3.
Use otpId and OTP code in Start Session
