Reserves requirements

Zynk requests its partners to maintain a reserve in certain jursidictions.
Please reach out to support to confirm reserves need.
USD
When Zynk initiates ACH pulls via Plaid, the counterparty bank has up to 2 business days to issue an administrative return—commonly an R01 (Insufficient Funds). In many cases, banks may initially release funds and later reverse the transaction upon detecting low balances.
If a return occurs, our payment provider is required to immediately refund the counterparty bank. This can lead to situations where the funds have already been used on the Zynklabs platform (e.g., for crypto release), resulting in a financial loss.
To mitigate this risk, Zynklabs enforces a reserve fund.
You are required to maintain at least 70% of your reserve balance. When the reserve drops below 70% Zynk provider will automatically enable a 2 business day hold on ACH deposits until the minimum reserve level ($5K USD) is restored.
