Additional Information during KYC/KYB processing differs for jurisdiction and will be passed on as part of the KYC/KYB status when polling or through webhooks. Below are some of the common scenarios of RFI
ID document not clear/screenshot provided/invalid ID documents
Collect clear live image of ID proof i.e Emirates ID
ID document expiring
Collect valid ID proof
AML hit
Collect passport, address proof, Full Address, Parent’s, spouses or children’s names or any other document/detail basis information present in the AML alert
Selfie mismatch/not clear
Ask the applicant to attempt a proper selfie
High risk customer/PEP
Collect EDD documents such as SOF(Bank statements, salary slips, business income), SOW (Investments/savings), POA, purpose of using Zynk.
Data mismatch with service providers
Kindly reach out to your service provider and get the DOB/Name updated.
If any transaction is put into RFI state, the same will be reflected in the KYC status of the customer in AED jurisdiction.
Please call the KYC requirements API to get the details of the RFI docs. Once your customer has provided the docs, use Submit KYC API to submit RFI. Post RFI is evaluated the transaction will be unblocked and KYC status will be made active again
High value transactions/transactions within a short period of time
Collect purpose of transaction, SOF(bank statement, salary slips, business income), SOW(loan, property sale etc), Proof of address(utility bill)(common for all KYT alerts)
